Responsibilities

→Technical Support & Troubleshooting:

→Respond to and resolve IT-related inquiries and issues from users in a timely manner.
→Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
→Diagnose and troubleshoot a variety of IT issues, escalating complex problems to the appropriate team.
→Support both onsite and remote employees with IT-related requests.
→Assist with maintaining IT equipment used within lab environments.
→Coordinate with senior IT staff to ensure operational continuity of local IT services.

→Operational Support:

→Assist with inventory organization and general IT operational activities.
→Support routine audits and equipment verification activities when needed.
→Provide administrative support for IT documentation and process updates.
→Assist with asset management activities and special IT projects as assigned.

→Hands-on experience in enterprise IT support operations.
→Exposure to IT service management (ITSM) practices.
→Experience supporting office and laboratory technology environments.
→Opportunity to work with experienced IT professionals and develop real-world troubleshooting skills.
→Exposure to enterprise systems, user support processes, and IT operational best practices.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Basic knowledge of Windows OS, macOS, Microsoft Office 365, and common business applications.
Experience with IT troubleshooting tools and remote support software.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Knowledge of basic networking concepts, Active Directory, and IT security best practices is a plus.
