As a Senior Partner Account Manager, your key area of responsibility will be managing and growing a portfolio of large, strategic Partner accounts in the Mexico, Central America, and Caribbean region to drive revenue, increase unit sales, and grow Geotab’s mindshare within each Partner’s business. You will manage the day-to-day health of Partner relationships — conducting regular business reviews, coaching Partners on Geotab solutions through in-person meetings, product demonstrations, webinars, and joint customer calls, and enabling their success by providing the tools, training, and resources they need to effectively sell and position Geotab’s portfolio. You will also analyze sales data and performance metrics, prepare quarterly and annual forecasts for leadership, document activity in Salesforce, and serve as the subject matter expert by staying ahead of new product updates, market trends, and competitor activities. Approximately 50% travel within Mexico and occasional international trips is expected.

You will work closely with internal teams — including Business Development, Marketing, Solutions Engineering, Account Advisory, Marketplace, and Product — to develop tailored sales strategies, facilitate co-marketing initiatives, and align around each Partner’s growth goals. As a senior member of the team, you will also provide mentorship to colleagues and new hires. To be successful in this role you will be a relationship-first professional who can engage meaningfully at every level of an organization — from drivers and fleet managers to senior executives — with equal credibility. In addition, the successful candidate will bring strong sales acumen, data-driven decision-making, excellent communication skills, and a problem-solving mindset that thrives amid complexity.

  • Manage and develop Geotab Partner relationships to drive revenue and unit sales through new and existing Partners

  • Enable Partner success by providing necessary tools, training, and resources to effectively position and sell Geotab products or services

  • Analyze sales data and performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of Partner partnerships and ensure mutual revenue, profitability, and market share target goals are met

  • Prepare and present to leadership quarterly and annual reports on forecasts, sales performance, market trends, and the status of Partner relationships

  • Coach and develop the assigned Partner network on Geotab solutions via in-person meetings, platform training, product demonstrations, webinars, and participation in their customer calls and appointments

  • Regularly consult with marketing to maximize the success of co-marketing and lead generation activities and initiatives, and to ensure that the Geotab brand is best positioned in each Partner's portfolio

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with large, strategic partners through regular communication and business review meetings to ensure credibility, brand value, and trust are intact

  • Serve as the subject matter expert for Partners and their customers by keeping Partners informed about new products and updates, educating and demonstrating Geotab solutions

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; an equivalent combination of education and work experience will be considered

  • 8–10 years of technical sales experience within the telematics or fleet technology industry

  • Account management experience within a channel or partner sales organization

  • Fluency in Spanish and English (role is based in Mexico City, serving the Mexico, Central America, and Caribbean region)

  • Proficiency in Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides) and CRM tools including Salesforce

  • Availability for approximately 50% travel, primarily within Mexico, with occasional international travel (valid passport required)

  • Strong communication, relationship management, and analytical skills with a data-driven approach to partner strategy

If you got this far, we hope you're feeling excited about this role! Even if you don't feel you meet every single requirement, we still encourage you to apply.
