CEO Office - Associate
Quick Summary

You sit inside the CEO office and work directly with the founders and senior leadership team on the most important topics at Augustus: strategy, new opportunities, and getting high-impact projects from idea to execution.
You do the work yourself before you delegate it. You're as comfortable in the details as you are in the room where the decision gets made.
You can walk into a conversation with senior leadership, hold your own, and leave with a clear next step.
You translate complexity into simple, actionable conclusions: for a founder, a regulator, or a product team.
You're comfortable going from a blank page to a board-ready analysis without hand-holding.
You move fast, communicate clearly, and follow through without being chased.
You want broad exposure early: strategy, product, operations, and everything in between.
You need a clearly defined scope to do your best work.
You prefer depth in one area over breadth across many.
You're not comfortable presenting your work and defending your reasoning directly to senior leadership.
You want to work 9-5.
Requirements
~1 min readAt least two years of work experience in consulting, banking, or growth stage companies.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree from a top-tier university with excellent grades.
In New York or ready to relocate.
Compensation packages at Augustus include base salary, equity, and benefits. New hire offers are made based on a candidate's experience, expertise and geographic location. The annual US base salary range for this role is $150,000-$180,000 + equity.
