• 5+ years of regulatory compliance experience, specifically involved with US banks or mature fintech.

• Deep, working knowledge of Reg E, Reg Z, the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), and GLBA.

• Direct experience developing, drafting, and operating compliance policies, assurance testing, and risk assessments.

• Based in New York City or the Dallas area, or willing to relocate.

Compensation packages at Augustus include base salary, equity, and benefits. New hire offers are made based on a candidate's experience, expertise and geographic location. The annual US base salary range for this role is $150,000-$200,000 + equity.
