Collaborative Strategies, Inc. is conducting this search on behalf of TriRinse, a second-generation, family-owned agricultural and chemical container solutions company. TriRinse is seeking a People and Culture Lead to build and lead a practical, scalable people function across its multi-site operations.

As the organization continues to grow, this leader will ensure people systems and practices support both business objectives and team members. The role balances strategy with hands-on execution, strengthening leadership capability, organizational effectiveness, and cultural alignment through thoughtful use of technology, including AI and automation, to improve efficiency and scalability.

This role is best suited for a pragmatic leader who takes full ownership of the People and Culture function and thrives in both strategic and tactical work. The ideal candidate is a practical partner to leaders who translates people strategies into clear, workable practices that drive results. They bring strong business judgment, a bias toward action, and a commitment to building strong teams and developing leaders.

  • Lead the People and Culture Function
    The People and Culture Lead owns and leads all aspects of the function, including talent acquisition, team member relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, systems, and safety. This role partners closely with the CEO and executive leadership team to align people strategies with business priorities and long-term objectives, serving as a trusted advisor on organizational effectiveness, leadership, and team member matters.

  • Build Strong Leaders and Teams
    This leader supports managers across the organization with practical guidance on workforce planning, performance management, and team member engagement. Working closely with the COO, they strengthen leadership capability across business units and locations while coaching leaders to reinforce expectations, address performance, and build accountability within their teams.

  • Strengthen Recruiting and Onboarding
    The role oversees recruiting efforts and partners with internal stakeholders to meet hiring and retention needs. They support the onboarding and integration of new leaders to ensure alignment with company expectations and culture, while ensuring workforce planning efforts align with business demands and operational realities.

  • Enhance Organizational Culture and Effectiveness
    Building on existing cultural foundations, this leader supports the continued growth and professionalization of the organization. They ensure people programs are consistent, practical, and scalable across locations, while promoting leadership development, team member growth, and a strong, values-driven culture.
  • Drive Functional Excellence and Execution
    The People and Culture Lead oversees compensation, benefits, performance management, recognition programs, and HR systems. They ensure compliance with employment laws, safety requirements, and company policies across all locations while continuously improving people policies, systems, and tools. This role uses data and key metrics to evaluate effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement, manages the People and Culture budget, supports workforce planning, and stays current on relevant laws and best practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
• 10+ years of progressive human resources experience, including partnership with senior
    leadership
• Experience in a multi-site or operational environment preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
• Strong judgment, discretion, and ability to handle sensitive matters effectively.
• Experience leading and developing HR teams and collaborating cross-functionally.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Experience owning and optimizing HRIS platforms and people systems.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Acts with accountability and ownership, and follows through on commitments.
