Collaborative Strategies is partnering with Roeslein & Associates on the search for a Vice President, Global Human Resources. Roeslein is a St. Louis–based, employee-owned global engineering, procurement, fabrication, and construction company delivering complex industrial and energy infrastructure projects worldwide. Known for its modular engineering and execution model, Roeslein partners with customers to design and deliver large-scale systems focused on efficiency, innovation, and operational excellence.

 

The Vice President, Global HR is a unique opportunity to shape the future of human resources for a rapidly growing global organization. Roeslein has experienced tremendous growth through expansion into new markets, acquisitions, and the development of multiple business lines. Today, the company generates more than $600 million in annual revenue and employs over 1,200 people across four continents. As the business continues to evolve toward a more regional operating model, leadership recognizes that its people strategy and HR capabilities must evolve as well.

 

This role is an exciting opportunity to build an HR function capable of supporting a world-class, growth-oriented business. Leading a team of 13 HR professionals across multiple disciplines, you will work closely with the executive leadership team to establish the vision, structure, and operating model for HR, strengthen the organization's talent capabilities, and secure HR as a trusted business partner across the company.

 

The successful candidate will thrive in environments where they can build, influence, and lead through change while creating practical, scalable people solutions that enable business growth.

 

What We Offer

Demonstrated success leading HR within a complex, multi-business, multi-location, or global organization.
Experience building or transforming HR functions during periods of significant organizational growth or change. Able to influence senior executives through collaboration rather than authority.
Strong business acumen with the ability to translate operational priorities into practical people strategies that enable organizational performance.
Broad HR leadership expertise across talent acquisition, talent management, leadership development, organizational design, employee relations, compensation, and compliance.
Proven ability to build high-performing HR teams and establish scalable processes and operating models.
Executive presence, sound judgment, and exceptional relationship-building skills.
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree and/or SPHR, SHRM-SCP, or equivalent preferred.
Ability and willingness to travel 20% of the time
