Roeslein is a St. Louis–based, employee-owned global engineering, procurement, fabrication, and construction company delivering complex industrial and energy infrastructure projects worldwide. Known for its modular engineering and execution model, Roeslein partners with customers to design and deliver large-scale systems focused on efficiency, innovation, and operational excellence.
The Vice President, Global HR is a unique opportunity to shape the future of human resources for a rapidly growing global organization. Roeslein has experienced tremendous growth through expansion into new markets, acquisitions, and the development of multiple business lines. Today, the company generates more than $600 million in annual revenue and employs over 1,200 people across four continents. As the business continues to evolve toward a more regional operating model, leadership recognizes that its people strategy and HR capabilities must evolve as well.
This role is an exciting opportunity to build an HR function capable of supporting a world-class, growth-oriented business. Leading a team of 13 HR professionals across multiple disciplines, you will work closely with the executive leadership team to establish the vision, structure, and operating model for HR, strengthen the organization's talent capabilities, and secure HR as a trusted business partner across the company.
