E-commerce Specialist (with Skio Experience) - Remote PH

Role Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Virtual Assistant to manage day-to-day operations for our Shopify store. The ideal candidate has a strong background in managing subscription-based models and ensuring a seamless backend experience for customers.

  Shopify Management: Handle product uploads, updates, and general store maintenance. Ensure all listings are accurate and optimized.

  Subscription Management (Skio): Manage customer subscriptions, troubleshoot recurring billing issues, and handle swaps or cancellations within the Skio platform. This is essential

  Order Coordination: Monitor incoming orders and ensure they are moving through the fulfillment pipeline efficiently.

  Customer Support: Address inquiries related to orders, shipping, and subscription modifications with a high level of professionalism.

  Inventory Tracking: Maintain accurate stock levels and alert the team when inventory for key products is running low.

• Shopify Expertise: Proven experience navigating the Shopify admin dashboard and apps.

• Skio Proficiency: Direct experience managing subscriptions via Skio is a non-negotiable requirement.

• E-commerce Background: At least 2+ years of experience working with online retail brands.

• Technical Savvy: Ability to quickly learn new tools and troubleshoot minor technical glitches.

• Communication: Excellent written English skills for internal reporting and external customer interactions.

• Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo).

• Basic understanding of inventory management software.

• Available to work during designated business hours with a reliable high-speed internet connection.
