This role oversees all major tertiary hospital accounts across Metro Manila. It is responsible for effectively managing these accounts while fostering mutual growth for both Getz Healthcare and its clients. Ultimately, the goal is to establish strong partnerships and be recognized by customers as a trusted and preferred partner in advancing their business through the company’s product portfolio.
This is an individual contributor role and is required to work 90% of the time on field and the remaining 10% for administrative duties.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Achieve assigned targets and expectation on Sales, Forecast, Account Receivables (AR), Returns and Customer Call, follow set monthly Master Productivity Plan (MPP) including execution and implementation of the initial stocking plan.
- Develop a solid and trusting relationship between these major hospitals accounts and Getz Healthcare to gain advantage from other suppliers, perform market insights gathering activities (Rx Surveys, Price Surveys, potential business opportunities and competitor activities) and recommends action plans to boost sales.
- Consistent collaboration with business partners representative for planning and alignment purposes., timely and accurate submission of standard reports such as Weekly Expense Report (WER), Master Productivity Plan (MPP) Report, Collection Tracker and Weekly Forecast update and other required ad hoc reports.
- Implement Trade Marketing Programs and other merchandising activities and submits post activity report to assess effectiveness and conduct business reviews and joint planning activities with Major Key Client and Business Partners to establish reasons for sales and Accounts Receivable (AR) performance deviation, identify opportunities and address gaps.
- Champions the Getz Healthcare Code of Conduct and Core Values by analyzing client data and support it with insights to propose effective business development plans and provide accurate forecast, resolve key client issues and complaints with sense of urgency, meet all client needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines, serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams, negotiate contracts with key accounts and establishing a timeline of performance, maintain organized files of pertinent records and documents as well as safe keep and maintain Company properties in good working conditions such as Company-issued car, Laptop, GPAD tablet, and mobile phone as well as perform tasks that might be assigned from time to time.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate of a four (4) year course, preferably a Marketing or Science-related course
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a key accounts and relationship management role preferably within the pharmaceutical, medical device and/or consumer industry.
- Strong interpersonal, selling, negotiation and collaboration skills
