Fluid Operators (West of Cold Lake, Alberta)

• Safely and efficiently operate fluid hauling units while acting within COMEC and Client policies and procedures to meet the specific Client’s needs
• Maintain and operate all tools and equipment to the required standards and procedures
• Operators are required to comply with all Company and Client safe work practices, safety policies and work procedures
• Accurate and timely completion of daily documentation including but not limited to daily logbooks, pre/post trip inspections, field tickets, JSAs / field level risk assessments, and monthly unit inspections as required
• Receive and follow instructions and perform tasks in a safe and effective manner as assigned by Dispatch, Supervisor or Client
• Complete daily housekeeping of assigned unit and report deficiencies to ensure maintenance of company equipment and professional image and reputation
• Troubleshoot basic maintenance items and deficiencies on equipment, reporting concerns through our maintenance app/software.
• Ensure all qualifications and position requirements are kept up to date (including but not limited to personal safety certificates and training)
• Ensure daily toolbox and safety meetings are reviewed and/or attended
• Follow all TDG and WHMIS standards and regulations
• Seek out continuous improvement opportunities
• Ensure ongoing and respectful communication with Supervisor, Dispatch, Maintenance, Operators and Clients as required.
• Provide client-focused services in all activities
• Must be physically able to perform tasks and work in all weather

• Other duties as assigned
