IT Training Specialist II

THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION. THIS POSITION IS BASED IN THE HOME OFFICE LOCATED IN MACON GA JOB PURPOSE: Provide training, design and development experience implementing adult learning content using the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implement, Evaluation) process while working closely with home office production departments as well as Agents, CSRs and County Secretaries throughout the state. Course content ranges from IT software to soft skills training such as Customer Service.
