We are partnering with a well-established, design-driven organization based in Los Angeles to identify a Financial Controller for a full-time, onsite role. This position offers the opportunity to play a key role in overseeing financial operations for a company known for craftsmanship, quality, and long-standing excellence in its field.

Oversee day-to-day accounting and financial reporting functions

Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, regulations, and internal controls

Conduct financial analysis to support strategic planning and leadership decision-making

Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

Partner closely with senior leadership to maintain financial health and operational integrity

Improve and maintain accounting processes, systems, and controls

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

Manufacturing or Logistics industry experience highly preferred

Strong experience preparing and analyzing financial statements and reports

Proven background in financial reporting, accounting, and finance

Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy

Proficiency with accounting software and financial systems

Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
