Track and analyze acquisition metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies and make data-driven decisions. Provide ongoing support and guidance to newly onboarded gig workers to ensure seamless integration into the Gamma ecosystem. Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes that may impact gig workers in the region. Represent Gamma at events, conferences, and industry forums to enhance brand visibility and attract potential partners and customers. Requirements 4-5 years of professional work experience, preferably in asset financing or loan recovery industry. Previous experience in sales, business development and customer acquisition Excellent communication, listening and analytical skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Problem-solving skill.
