  • Deliver prompt, courteous, and effective support to customers via phone and digital channels.

  • Resolve customer concerns and questions to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions in our CRM system.

  • Collaborate with team members and management to continuously improve service quality.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound customer calls and messages promptly and professionally.

  • Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate when necessary.

  • Document all customer interactions accurately and thoroughly in the company database.

  • Assist with order processing, billing inquiries, and product information.

  • Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency.

  • Participate in ongoing training and team meetings to stay updated on products and services.

  • Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers at all times.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred.

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

  • Comfortable using computers and navigating CRM software.

  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while managing time effectively.

  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
