Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
Collaborate with team members and management to continuously improve service quality.

Requirements

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Comfortable using computers and navigating CRM software.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting while managing time effectively.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
