Front Desk Cashier

We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Front Desk Cashier to serve as the first point of contact for customers. In this role, you will handle transactions accurately, provide excellent customer service, and support front desk operations to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner

• Process cash, credit, and digital payments accurately

• Issue receipts, refunds, and exchanges as needed

• Answer basic questions about products, services, or policies

• Maintain a clean and organized front desk and checkout area

• Balance cash drawers and follow cash-handling procedures

• Assist with basic administrative or front desk duties

• Follow company policies, safety guidelines, and customer service standards

Qualifications

• Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred (not required)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic math and cash-handling accuracy

• Dependable, punctual, and professional appearance
