Antibody Developability, Engineer I

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented scientist to join our antibody developability team. In this role, you will play a hands-on part in supporting our daily antibody production and characterization workflows by operating developability assays  via automated liquid handling systems. You will work alongside a collaborative team of scientists and engineers, contributing to the delivery of customer projects while helping maintain the precision and throughput our platform demands. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role well suited to someone with a strong foundation in life sciences who thrives in fast-paced environments, takes pride in data accuracy, and is eager to work at the intersection of biology and automation.

• →Antibody characterization: Execute on antibody developability assays such as thermostability, ELISA, liquid chromatography, etc. to support delivery of customer projects
• →Sample and Reagent Tracking: Keep careful, accurate records of samples, reagents, and data using our digital tracking systems.
• →Automation execution: Set up, run, and clean automated liquid handling systems and robotic workstations under the guidance of senior team members.
• →Routine Assays: Perform basic biotechnology workflows (such as pipetting, liquid transfers, and basic sample preparation) following strict Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and document troubleshooting guides and protocol improvements.
• →Team Collaboration: Communicate clearly the status of weekly tasks at team meetings and with team members to determine priorities and instrument needs.

• BS or MS in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Cell Biology, Pharmacology, or a related field.
• Hands-on familiarity with basic lab skills, including micropipetting, sterile technique, and basic calculations (e.g., making solutions).
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to following written protocols exactly.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset and the ability to adapt in fast-paced environments.
• Comfort using basic computer software (such as Excel or digital lab notebooks) to record data.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and effectively communicate to ensure alignment across projects and stakeholders.

• Familiarity with or exposure to automated laboratory equipment or liquid handlers during your training program.
