Medior Laboratory Consultant

Keystone Solutions is seeking a Medior Laboratory Consultant to join our team on a consultancy mission at a client site. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting sampling, chemical, physical, and radiological analyses, and processing the analysis results within the established timeframe. Your work will support operational processes and provide information for controlled and uncontrolled discharges.

• →Conduct sampling for laboratory analysis, ensuring results are registered, analyzed, reported, and interpreted within set parameters.
• →Perform chemical, physicochemical, and chromatographic analyses, as well as inductively coupled plasma spectrometry.
• →Carry out total activity measurements and radiochemical spectrometry analyses using liquid scintillation.
• →Contribute to the accreditation of a quality assurance system in the laboratory to demonstrate the accuracy of analysis results to external parties.
• →Execute and interpret inter-laboratory tests.
• →Report complaints, non-conformities, and deviations.
• →Organize and conduct measurement series in preparation for validation reports.
• →Monitor the functioning of analytical equipment, take action on issues, and follow up to ensure analyses are conducted under optimal conditions.
• →Perform calibrations and controls of laboratory equipment.
• →Assist in the validation of techniques, methods, and instruments.
• →Document deviations in the designated application.
• →Stay updated on new developments and propose relevant innovations/improvements to work with the most recent and accurate analytical techniques.
• →Critically evaluate analytical methods and suggest new possibilities.
• →Participate in training and technical workshops.
• →Work according to company-specific (inter)national standards and parameters to ensure compliance with regulations.
• →Guide regulatory bodies during sampling on-site.
• →Draft and adjust instructions as necessary.

You should have a background as a Medior Laboratory Consultant with experience in a process laboratory. Knowledge of working with remote-controlled systems and manipulators in a hot cell environment is a strong asset. Familiarity with radiochemical separation techniques is a significant advantage. You must possess strong analytical skills and demonstrate a precise, structured, and quality-oriented working approach.
