Care provided in the patient’s residence in Apache Junction, Arizona

If you are passionate about helping others and take pride in providing compassionate, dependable care, we would love to hear from you.

Work with the patient in their home to provide one-on-one service in a comfortable and familiar setting.

Assist with the patients’ activities of daily living as well as personal care.

Light housekeeping

Meal preparation

Monitor vitals (vital signs, temperature, respiration, etc) according to plan of care.

Remind patient of to take medication as prescribed.

Maintain records and documentation of services.

Communication with the patients’ family, doctors, and other prescribed individuals regarding the health and care of the patient.
