DBT Therapist Full-Time

Gladstone Psychiatry and Wellness is currently recruiting for Full-Time Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) Therapist. The DBT Program at Gladstone is a DBT-LBC certified program, dedicated to providing full fidelity DBT. We desire finding clinicians who are passionate about doing DBT with adults and adolescents, with a mix of office and telehealth appointments.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual DBT therapy
• Facilitate skills groups
• Provide phone coaching to your clients
• Attend consultation team meetings
• Engage in supervision

Requirements:

• Must be dedicated to providing comprehensive DBT
• Masters Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or associated field (fully licensed therapists preferred)
• Licensed and in good standing to practice counseling/therapy in Maryland
• Willingness to learn and grow
• Your resume and/or cover letter should indicate your interest and experience in working with high acuity clients
• Your resume and/or cover letter should indicate your past training in therapy modalities
• Preference for those who have prior DBT training and those who have provided DBT in the past, though these are not requirements - we will train!

• Must be available to work two evenings per week
• Must be available to work one day or evening per week in person at one of our five Baltimore-area locations (Hunt Valley and/or Columbia preferred, Mount Washington, Frederick, Bethesda)
