The Electronic Assemblies Operator is responsible for performing repetitive intermediate-level assembly work on low-volume, high-mix assembly lines to mass produce transformers, inductors and power supply products.

• →Possess a basic understanding of problem solving (PDCA) and the ability to identify and/or solve quality problems.
• →Possesses an advanced understanding of the principles of Lean Manufacturing.
• →Possesses an advanced understanding of the principles of visual workplace management.
• →Assists in solving quality and production issues on the line.
• →Displays an ability to train other team members in various production activities.
• →Performs other duties as assigned or required.

• Able to independently read and understand production drawings and work instructions.
• Able to work with chemicals.
• Good manual dexterity/ability.
• Working in a repetitive job.
• Working knowledge of quality practices.
• Meets vision requirements specified by quality management system.
• The position is in the production floor and could involve sitting for a long period of time, but not limited to standing walking and lifting throughout the day.
• Lifting amount up to 25 pounds.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• GED or High School Diploma preferred but not required.
• Two years experience in electronics assembly preferred.
• Soldering experience of one year preferred.
• Inspection and training experience preferred.
• This position requires use of information which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). All applicants must be U.S. persons within the meaning of ITAR. ITAR defines a U.S. person as a U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. 'Green Card Holder'), Political Asylee, or Refugee.
