Responsibilities

- →Monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimising wire bonding manufacturing processes.
- →Applying Six Sigma and statistical process control (SPC) tools to analyse production data, identify root causes of defects, and implement corrective/preventive actions.
- →Assisting in the qualification, prototyping, and transfer of new microelectronic packages from prototype to full-scale production.
- →Supporting preventive maintenance, set up, and continuous improvement projects.
- →Creating and maintaining robust engineering documentation.
- →Partnering with Quality Assurance, Test Engineering, and Production teams to meet stringent customer specifications and delivery schedules.
Requirements

- A bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or Materials Science Engineering Degree
- Foundational understanding of microelectronics / semiconductor assembly & packaging, or materials science.
- Previous experience involving cleanrooms, semiconductor manufacturing, or automated machinery.
- Basic knowledge of DOE (Design of Experiments) and Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools and statistical methods (e.g., Minitab, Python, JMP, or SPC).
