First Gen: Sales Retail Intern

Every 6 months, PepsiCo BeNeLux welcomes new talent just like you. Our internship program for (near-)graduates offers meaningful projects, mentorship and plenty of opportunities to grow your skills through hands-on experience. It’s not just on-the-job learning, but a chance to develop both personally and professionally. 

Join our group of around 30 interns and become part of a community where your voice and perspective matter.  

• →You will focus mainly on the retail part of sales with customers like AH / Jumbo and Superunie
• →Professional skills; improving communication, time management, problem solving and teamwork
• →Be present at the regular sales and team meetings and have a role in this
• →Understand how the sales process works and participate in it
• →Learning on the job; together with other interns, learn from each other and get to know the company & colleagues even faster

• Internship compensation of 550€/month and travel reimbursement

• A good command of the Dutch language (both spoken and written) is required
• Proactive in taking on tasks and daring to do things differently
• Work clearly and structured
• Communicative and organized
• Currently in the final phase of studies or max 3 months after starting an internship to complete studies.
