• No active written or final discipline on file.
• Good standing in attendance.
• Previous custodial experience.
• Basic knowledge of safety protocols in a manufacturing environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Works with a positive attitude and is a team player.
• Ability to lift and move moderate to heavy objects
• Has an attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
• Ability to work under limited supervision.

• Service, clean, and supply restrooms.
• Gather and empty trash.
• Clean building floors by sweeping and mopping (using floor scrubber equipment).
• Perform basic maintenance on floor scrubber equipment including draining/emptying tanks.
• Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage and maintain safe working environment.
• Maintain cleanliness of breakroom including but not limited to cleaning the microwaves.
• Requisition supplies or equipment needed for cleaning duties.
• Organize, put away, and deliver supplies from supply pallet deliveries.
• Keep trash compactor area clean of loose debris.
• Operate leaf blower as needed.
• Assist in other production areas as necessary.
