Responsibilities

- →Support executive, Board and leadership requirements.
- →Coordinate internal events and employee engagement activities.
- →Partner across Facilities, Workplace Technology, Physical Security and Client Events.
- →Manage suppliers and workplace service providers.
- →Maintain office presentation, operational continuity and service standards.
- →Own the front-of-house experience for clients, visitors and executives.
- →Lead internal events end-to-end, including Board meetings, town halls, leadership events and employee events.
- →Manage event logistics, budgets, catering, AV and external suppliers.
- →Act as a central coordination point across Executive Assistants, Workplace Technology, Facilities, Security and Client Events.
- →Maintain premium hospitality and workplace presentation standards.
- →Proactively identify and resolve workplace and service issues.
- →Drive continuous improvement across hospitality, events and workplace experience.
- →Provide onsite operational support and service continuity during peak demand and team absences.
Requirements
~1 min readStrong experience in workplace experience, corporate hospitality or event management within a premium corporate environment.
Proven ability to deliver high-profile events, executive meetings and Board-level engagements.
Strong project and programme management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, budgets and suppliers.
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, particularly when working with senior executives and cross-functional teams.
Strong supplier/vendor management and commercial awareness, with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills with a polished, professional approach.
High levels of discretion, attention to detail, adaptability and sound judgement.
Confidence using Microsoft Office and workplace technologies; experience with Appspace, ServiceNow or event-management platforms is advantageous.
