→Lead the Potato Chips – Product Quality while working as PC Line Champion from QC Side.
→Lead the agenda of Consumer complaint reduction due to Potato Defects and Sensory
→Lead the process audits at PC line and provide inputs to Mfg & Engg on Boil Out Jobs
→Ensure Quarterly trainings to PC Operatives and conducting Youden testings
→Ensure Quarterly process capability testing of PC line
→Ensuring documentation as per PepsiCo standard and Statutory guidelines and Ensuring statutory (Legal Metrology), internal controls (I2C) and legal compliance
→Implement safety standards and build safe working culture.
→Implement GMPs and best practices as per PepsiCo Programs
→Drive corporate agenda- TPM, Safety, AIB and Productivity.
→Training to operatives for TPOD, seasoning, oil quality, meal quality, packaging quality
→Leading NPD trials-First time right to ensure timely completion of trials and implementation of improved packaging configuration.
→3P, CFA, DB Audit, market visits
