  • Leadership/management experience
  • Experience with contracts, statement of works and negotiations recommended.
  • In-depth knowledge of PW/RTX internal supply policies, practices, and standard work is highly desired, as is proficiency in the complete range of SAP spares-related transactions.
  • Familiarity with engine Bills of Material, spares configuration management databases, and spares provisioning tables is highly desired.
  • Good analytical skills: individual must be able to organize, logically analyze and present spares information that may be pulled in from several info systems.
  • Knowledge of current Department of Defense engine material and logistics support concepts is beneficial, and a good working knowledge of international shipping/export compliance

Responsibilities

  • →Technical oversight of the central inventory and serviceable warehouses located in Oklahoma City, Jacksonville and Cherry Point.
  • →Work with Delivery Assurance and the Program Item Managers to understand Program priorities, demand, & opportunities and work with the warehousing teams to execute.
  • →Support the Joint Deployment Distribution Enterprise (JDDE) transition and provide recommendations to streamline the process for the CONUS sites.
  • →Create an environment that fosters empowerment and talent development.
  • →Demonstrate strong strategic thinking, business judgment and innovation.

  • Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal responsibility.

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
