Requirements
~1 min read• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) two (2) years of experience in related Quality, Operations, Engineering or related technical discipline
• Experience with Root Cause Corrective Action processes
• Experience with hardware inspection techniques and interpreting engineering drawings
• U.S. Citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
• Existing DoD Secret Clearance
• Experience with ISO 9001 and/or AS9100 Quality Management System
• Proven success in building and maintaining relationships with suppliers, customers, and internal teams
• High computer proficiency, including skills working with SAP/ PRISM and Microsoft Tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Six Sigma, Lean and / or American Society for Quality (ASQ) Certification (CQE, CQM/OE, CSQE, CQA, CRE, etc.)
• Experience in DoD product and process oversight including requirements, build, integration, test and delivery

Responsibilities
~1 min read• Utilize analytical capabilities and communications skills to lead rapid resolution of supplier caused issues impacting the factory, working with other quality functions and cross-functional teams.
• Analyze supplied material non-conformance data and develop action plans to address top and systemic drivers.
• Investigate issues with supplied material ensuring accuracy of nonconformances, robust root-cause analysis, and corrective solutions are fully implemented.
• Communicate supplied part issues impacting the factory to suppliers and stakeholders.
• Assist with quarantine, containment and screening of suspect defective supplied hardware.
