Software Engineering Co-Op (Summer/Fall 2027) (Hybrid)

• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor's or advanced degree in software or computer engineering or computer sciences.

Immerse yourself in a Monday-Friday Co-Op session, that will run from July to December (it is expected students will take this time off from coursework to fully engage with this working mentorship opportunity).  

This position will sit at our Aguadilla, PR location. You must be residing in Puerto Rico at the time of starting employment. Relocation is not offered.

• →Assists in conducting engineering processes and standard work, including verification and qualification procedures.
• →Creates, compiles and consolidates testing on diagnostic systems containing logical and mathematical solutions.
• →Assists in conducting disciplinary research on one or more stages of the equipment design phase to develop design options and recommendations.
• →Learns hardware and software standards and ensures work product adheres to these standards and business objectives of the organization are met.
• →English (read, write, speak) is required when communicating with customers, co-workers, or supervisors who only speak English

Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite. This means that responsibilities of the job need to be performed onsite in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico on a regular basis with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote following the schedule assigned by the Manager.
