High School Diploma or Equivalent
Minimum 4 years combined or related photolithography or optical deposition experience
Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
U.S. Citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract

Experience with deposition or photolithography equipment with the ability to maintain all ESD, Safety, and security protocols
Experience in Excel and production tracking systems
Ability to work safely with various deposition processing equipment, chemicals, and raw production materials in a lab setting with basic gowning requirements
Strong interpersonal communication skills and rigorous attention to detail
Understanding of FOD and FOD reduction methods and concerns
Has experience in Microsoft Office
Troubleshooting experience

The hourly range for this role is $32.00. to $37.00. The hourly range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Source preparation and deposition of coatings in chambers

Photolithography, measurements, defect mapping, and packaging.

Critical metrology like spectral evaluation, metal thickness, and wafer flatness
→
Cross functional communication and teamwork to track WIP, move production, and address production issues in a timely manner
