Human Resource Generalist

The Human Resources Generalist position provides administrative responsibilities as well as full cycle talent acquisition.  This talent-facing position is responsible for pipelining, sourcing, recruiting, coordinating interviews and selecting talent for the North American business of Glory Global Solutions. This individual will primarily be responsible for the daily recruitment and Human Resources administrative activities of both exempt and non-exempt employees in various areas such as Warehouse, Logistics Operations, Repair/Re-work, Call Center/Help Desk, Supply Chain and Field Service national roles. This position has a hybrid schedule 3-4 days in the office and will directly report to the Carrollton, TX HR Manager.
