~1 min read- →Lead donor proposals, concept notes and funding submissions.
- →Manage grant reporting, deadlines and donor requirements.
- →Work with Programme, Finance and MEAL teams to ensure proposals and budgets are accurate and complete.
- →Support funding strategy and identify new programme opportunities.
- →Manage relationships with donors, local partners, NGOs and consortium members.
- →Oversee partner assessments, agreements, compliance and reporting.
- →Support local partners to strengthen programme delivery and organisational capacity.
- →Monitor partnership risks and ensure appropriate controls are in place.
- →Support GOAL’s wider partnership and localisation work in Sudan.
- At least 5 years’ relevant experience in humanitarian or international development work, including management-level responsibility.
- Strong grants management and donor reporting experience.
- Experience developing successful proposals and concept notes.
- Good knowledge of institutional donors such as BHA, ECHO, FCDO and UN agencies.
- Experience managing partnerships and working with local or national organisations.
- Strong coordination and stakeholder-management skills.
- Excellent written and spoken English is essential.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Willingness and ability to live and work in Sudan.
