The Provider Partnership Coordinator is accountable for delivering an optimal provider experience and engaging the community around our PACE model of care. This role works relentlessly to ensure network performance that enables high caliber service delivery to frail seniors across multiple geographies.
- Work to support a high-quality network of aligned providers across markets through the development and maintenance of provider relationships
- Guide partners from initial provider onboarding through ongoing engagement and relationship optimization
- Maintain external and cross-functional relationships to ensure smooth operational integration with our contracted partners and clinical staff
- Assist the Network Management team with credentialing and recredentialing efforts by following up with providers to collect pertinent documents
- Coordinate with external partners to ensure accurate ongoing collection of key provider demographic updates and changes
- Partner with the Provider Partnership Associate to act as a cohesive team for our external providers and other relevant colleagues
- Monitor and triage the Provider Partnership email inbox, answering questions and appropriately forwarding when necessary
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor’s degree; professional experience may be substituted
- Must reside in a geographical area of our centers (Northern/Southern California); monthly meetings at the center are required
- Minimum of one (1) year of professional experience in a relevant area of work
- Experience in network relations, provider contracting, and/or health plan operations experience, required
- Excellent customer service, organizational, and communication skills
