Financial Reporting Manager

At GoDaddy the future of work looks different for each team. Some teams work in the office full-time; others have a hybrid arrangement (they work remotely some days and in the office some days) and some work entirely remotely.​

This is a remote position, so you’ll be working remotely from your home. You may occasionally visit a GoDaddy office to meet with your team for events or meetings.

At GoDaddy, our Finance Manager focuses on modelling, tracking and understanding the business drivers that make GoDaddy tick. As an integral key partner across our businesses, you will play a meaningful role in developing long-term strategic plans, as well as help to drive strategy and initiatives. This role comes with the opportunity to work directly with the Corporate Senior Leadership Team, as well as various partners across our organisation.

• →Partner with leadership to identify key opportunities, build financial models, and support strategic decision-making, including ad-hoc analysis and clear communication of financial information across the organization
• →Take ownership of consolidating budgets and forecasts across products and operations, performing variance analysis for OPEX and supporting key financial decisions
• →Collaborate with Business Unit Finance Teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency in all financial processes while fostering a collaborative and outcomes-focused work environment
• →Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities and financial initiatives to drive business growth and profitability
• →Build and analyse reports using Workday Adaptive Planning to deliver actionable financial insights

• 6+ years proven experience in finance, including financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis in a global organization
• Strong technical skills in Excel
• Strong experience communicating financials effectively at all levels
• Past experience collaborating across various regions, teams, customers, and external partners to optimize performance, solve problems, and achieve results

• Proven hands-on experience building AI agents
• Professional certification such as CFA, CA or MBA in Finance
• Knowledge of Adaptive Planning, Workday and QuickSight
