At GoDaddy, the future of work looks different for each team. Some teams work in the office full-time; others have a hybrid arrangement (they work remotely some days and in the office some days) and some work entirely remotely.

Responsibilities

→3+ years of experience in HR operations, shared services, or employee lifecycle management
→Knowledge of Romanian employment law and HR compliance requirements
→Demonstrated solid knowledge of HR processes, policies, and employee lifecycle workflows
→Experience handling sensitive employee data with confidentiality and accuracy
→Strong problem-solving and process improvement skills
→Excellent communication and customer management skills
→Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Experience supporting immigration and global mobility processes
Experience working in a global or matrixed organisation
Familiarity with HRIS systems and case management tools,
Workday (preferred) and/or ServiceNow.
Experience contributing to HR transformation or process optimisation initiatives
