  Provide customers with excellent customer service, generate additional sales, and provide service excellence.

  Arrange and display goods on the sales floor to facilitate easy, speedy, and safe access.

  Merchandising.

  Effectively order goods from the warehouse and other retail floors.

• →

  Respond to customers’ inquiries, complaints, and product queries.

  Assist with stock take.

• Excellent customer service skills.

• Five CXC passes at General proficiency level including Mathematics and English Language.

• At least one (1) year of sales experience in the retail industry.

• Computer literate in at least Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word.

• Ability to act independently while performing required tasks.

• Ability to use tact and courtesy at all times.

• Good written and oral communication skills.

• Ability to work well with other employees.

• Ability to work under pressure.

• Ability to coordinate activities between different locations.

• Ability to get individual and group tasks completed efficiently and on a timely basis.
