Gold Care Homes

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Facilities Co-ordinator to join our Facilities Team at Gold Care Homes on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

The ideal candidate will work closely with the Estates Director, you will support the day-to-day management of our care home portfolio, ensuring maintenance, repairs, compliance and facilities-related activities are effectively coordinated.

• →Support the Estates Director with the coordination of facilities and estates operations.
• →Coordinate maintenance requests, repairs and planned works across our care homes.
• →Liaise with contractors, suppliers and Home Managers to ensure works are completed efficiently.
• →Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, compliance checks and statutory inspections.
• →Assist with obtaining quotations, raising purchase orders and monitoring expenditure.
• →Track outstanding works and provide regular progress updates.
• →Provide administrative and operational support to the Facilities Team.

• Previous experience in facilities, estates, property management or a similar role is desirable.
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Proactive, adaptable and able to manage competing priorities.
