About the Role
~1 min readJoin Motive as a Business Strategy & Operations Analyst II and be at the forefront of driving innovation and efficiency within our Sales Operations group. This dynamic role goes beyond traditional support, positioning you as a strategic partner to Sales & Sales Ops leaders. You'll play a pivotal role in scaling our successful operations model, enabling our teams to focus on high-impact initiatives that fuel our company's growth and success.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Data Analysis & Reporting: Generate and analyze data to provide insights that drive strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.
- →Dashboard Creation: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide critical business insights.
- →Project Management: Assist in managing multiple projects to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
- →Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with sales leaders and key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment.
- →Quality Assurance: Ensure data integrity and accuracy through meticulous quality assurance processes.
- Professional Background: 1-3 years in business intelligence, sales operations, or related fields, with a focus on data analysis and reporting.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and Salesforce is essential; Tableau and SQL proficiency is preferred.
- Analytical & Communication Skills: Exceptional analytical and communication skills, with a proactive, adaptable mindset. A detail-oriented approach and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Science, or a related field is encouraged; advanced degrees or relevant certifications are advantageous.
