• →Knowledge of popular items for sale second hand on the online market is a must;

• →Previous experience selling items online preferred;

• →Have organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks;

• →Be reliable and work a flexible schedule based on business needs;

• →Be coachable and reliable want to grow and have Communication Skills;

• →Ability to be a vital part of a team as well as work individually;

• →Demonstrate cultural competence; specifically, awareness, attitude, knowledge, willingness and skills to work effectively with a culturally and demographically diverse population;

• →Exceptional analytical, judgment, decision-making and communications skills;

• →High School diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred but not required
