Environmental Services Aide

• Operate carpet shampoo and floor waxing machines to maintain clean floors throughout the community
• Clean and sanitize residence and contents, including, but not limited to, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning bath fixtures, moving furniture, emptying trash receptacles.
• Other cleaning duties for resident apartments, offices, bathrooms, and other common areas in the community.
• Assist with cleaning and refurbishing of vacant residences as they become vacant.
• Keep housekeeping carts clean and organized.
• Keep carts stocked with appropriate cleaning supplies in OSHA-approved containers and Perform all other duties as assigned

Strong Knowledge of Cleaning Protocols, and familiar with infection control practices and sanitation regulations specific to nursing homes, enabling the implementation of effective cleaning routines that prioritize resident health and safety. Al tention to detail in performing thorough cleaning and maintenance tasks, ensuring that all areas, including, resident rooms, common spaces, and restrooms, are cleaned, and well-organized.
