What We Offer

✓Is responsible for medication administration, assessment, and coordination of care for assigned residents on their household.

✓Documents nursing intervention, resident response, effectiveness, complications, etc.; communicates information to physician and other Health Team members.

✓Provides direct oversight for Care Partners ensuring quality of care.

Requirements

Must be a graduate of an approved RN program.
Must have current licensure in the Commonwealth of Virginia or compact state of residence.
Must have current CPR certification.
