Job Title: Senior ERP Functional Consultant

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior ERP Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing and configuring Oracle ERP solutions, and providing functional expertise to support the implementation, optimization, and maintenance of Oracle Cloud ERP modules. This role requires a strong understanding of business processes, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of successful Oracle ERP implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a subject matter expert, offering in-depth knowledge of Oracle ERP Cloud functionalities
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business processes and challenges, and translate them into functional requirements for Oracle Cloud ERP.
• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, custom reports, and other technical deliverables.
• Provide ongoing functional support and troubleshooting for Oracle Cloud ERP users, resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Develop and execute test plans, identify and resolve defects, and ensure the quality and integrity of the implemented solution.
• In-depth functional knowledge and hands-on experience in at least 2 of the following Oracle ERP modules: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Fixed Assets

Qualifications: CA finalist or ACCA affiliate with strong educational background. Previous working experience in a top tier accounting firm or an ERP environment in a multinational would be an added advantage.
