Job Title: WMS Consultant

As a WMS Consultant, you will play a vital role in the successful implementation of our Warehouse Management System (WMS) solutions. In this role, you will leverage your working knowledge of the warehousing space to contribute to various stages of the project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to system configuration and testing.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Perform hands-on configuration of the WMS system, tailoring it to meet specific client requirements and optimizing warehouse processes.
• Accurately document business requirements, system configurations, and testing procedures.
• Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams during design meetings.
• Lead data loading activities and execute comprehensive system testing.
• Coordinate integration mapping activities ensuring seamless data flow and operational efficiency.
• Work effectively with offshore teams, ensuring clear communication and task coordination.
• Conduct comprehensive knowledge transfer sessions with client resources, empowering them to effectively manage and utilize the WMS system.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members within the WMS domain.

Must-Have Skills:

• Demonstrated working knowledge of warehousing operations, processes, and best practices.
• Hands-on experience in WMS configuration, testing, and integration.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn new technologies and adapt to changing requirements.
