We're looking for a detail-oriented and people-focused HR Coordinator to join our Human Resources team. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their HR career to gain broad, hands-on exposure across four key HR functions: Associate Relations, Onboarding, Talent Acquisition, and Benefits. You'll be a key point of contact for employees and candidates, helping ensure a smooth, positive experience at every stage of the employee lifecycle.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- Support the HR team in maintaining accurate employee records and case files
- Help coordinate employee engagement activities and initiatives
- Coordinate new hire onboarding logistics, including paperwork, system setup, and orientation scheduling
- Ensure new employees complete required documentation (I-9s, tax forms, policy acknowledgments) accurately and on time
- Partner with IT, Facilities, and hiring managers to ensure new hires have what they need on day one
- Conduct or support new hire orientation sessions

Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0–1 years of HR experience; internships or relevant coursework are a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace (Excel/Sheets in particular)
- Familiarity with HRIS or ATS platforms is a plus, but not required
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Interest in building a long-term career in Human Resources
