About The Role

As part of the Finance Operations team at GoTo Financial, you will support the end-to-end financial operations of our lending products, ensuring processes run accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to manage operational processes, resolve issues, and identify opportunities for process improvements that support the growth and scalability of our lending business.

Review the daily process of disbursement and repayment for lending products.

Reconcile insurance transactions including premium registration and insurance claim.

Be the PIC for external communication with insurance and funding partners.

Assist month end closing process, create lenders report, and transaction summary.

Other ad-hoc as requested.

2-3 years of experience in finance operations. Prior experience in financial services (BNPL) will be an advantage.

Demonstrated ability to gather and communicate data logically and accurately.

Proficient in operating Microsoft Office programs and Google Workspace.

Professional working proficiency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.

The Finance Operations team plays a critical role in supporting GoTo Financial’s lending business by ensuring smooth and reliable operational processes across various lending products. We work closely with stakeholders across Finance, Operations, Risk, and Product teams to maintain operational excellence while supporting business growth.

As a collaborative and hands-on team, we value continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and process improvement. Joining the team will give you exposure to the end-to-end operations of lending products and opportunities to develop a broad understanding of the business.
