About the Role

We’re looking for a Supply & Pricing Associate to join our GoSend Strategy & Planning team at Gojek in Jakarta, Indonesia. In this role, you’ll take charge of critical levers like customer pricing, driver pricing & incentives, and allocation. Your mission? Use structured problem-solving and a data-driven mindset to help GoSend strengthen its market position in a sustainable, profitable way. The best part: your work directly shapes GoSend’s (and GoBox) growth and bottom line.

Develop and manage GoSend’s pricing and supply initiatives, from design to execution

Design data-driven experiments and communicate insights to support business and product prioritization

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless end-to-end implementation

Continuously explore Gojek’s rich data ecosystem to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or other related fields

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an analytical or strategic role

Strong problem-solving skills with a hypothesis-driven approach

Strong communication skills and a team player mindset

Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and align multiple stakeholders

Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, or other data analysis tools is preferred

Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
