VIT Mentor - Gippsland

Looking for a new challenge in a highly flexible role in the early childhood sector? We’re on the lookout for a VIT mentor to join our team! We have mentees for the second half of 2026 located in Warragul, Leongatha, Lakes Entrance and in everywhere in between. The Role In this role you will champion excellent early childhood education and care by mentoring provisionally registered teachers through their inquiry process to become fully registered teachers with VIT. You will bring valuable skills and expertise to make this role your own, while also being supported by an experienced team of mentors. To be successful, you will have completed the VIT Effective Mentoring Program (or be booked in to complete it this year), hold a minimum of a Bachelor of Education degree and have a minimum of 5 years’ experience as an ECT.
