Do you have a passion for making a positive difference through education? · Use your early learning experience to support the next generation of educators · Join an organisation at the forefront of supporting high quality adult learning · Enjoy a supportive culture with like-minded ECEC professionals. For 85 years, Gowrie Victoria has been at the forefront of high-quality early learning. We’re a purpose-driven, valued-based, not-for-profit organisation and our belief in children will always drive everything we do. Our small Registered Training Organisation (RTO ID 3900) is known as a place for practical and hands on learning. And our focus on quality placements and traineeships ensures students can effectively apply their learning as new educators. Our trainers and assessors are at the frontline, supporting Gowrie students throughout their whole journey from classroom to workplace to help set our students up for success. With a new group of students commencing in late June, we’re looking for a new team member with a minimum of three years’ experience delivering CHC30121 Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care. You’ll be experienced in delivering high quality training and assessment, have sound knowledge of the Standards for RTOs 2025 and Skills First Funding and able to demonstrate industry and vocational currency. You'll collaborate with your colleagues in Adult Learning to provide positive and engaging learning experiences for students. Using your in depth knowledge of the sector, you will also contribute to and participate in assessment moderation and validation processes. Does this sound like you? The role is part time (2 days) teaching one class, which could be offered on a part time or casual basis, with the possibility of additional days in future. At Gowrie, our strength is our culture. We encourage our people to ask questions, be reflective and bring their authentic selves to work. Click here to find out more detail on this position.
