GPDQ is seeking experienced Practice Nurses to support one of our partner clinics in Canary Wharf, London.
This is an exciting opportunity to work within a modern, innovative primary care environment, delivering high-quality patient care as part of a multidisciplinary team. We are looking for clinicians who are passionate about providing excellent patient experiences and are confident delivering a broad range of nursing services within a fast-paced primary care setting.

~1 min readYou'll provide a wide range of nursing services including:
- →Cervical screening
- →NHS Health Checks
- →Childhood and adult immunisations
- →Travel health assessments and vaccinations
- →Wound care and dressings
- →Venepuncture
- →Long-term condition management clinics, including:
- →Diabetes
- →Hypertension
- →Cardiovascular Disease
- →Health promotion and lifestyle advice
- →Supporting population health initiatives and screening programmes
- →Remote consultations and clinical reviews where appropriate
- →Maintaining accurate clinical records and supporting quality improvement activities
You'll play an important role in delivering safe, effective and patient-centred care while contributing to an innovative model of primary healthcare.
- Registered Nurse with current NMC registration
- Previous experience working within Primary Care or General Practice
- Cervical cytology trained and competent
- Experience delivering immunisation programmes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a varied clinical workload
- Understanding of QOF and Primary Care quality standards
- Knowledge of safeguarding and infection prevention procedures
- Confidence using digital systems and remote consultation methods
- Experience using SystmOne
- Independent Prescribing Qualification
- Travel Health Qualification
- Spirometry experience
- Teaching or mentorship qualification
