At GPV Lanka (Private) Ltd., we’re looking for a driven and experienced Assistant Manager / Senior Engineer to join our production team and play a key role in delivering high-quality manufacturing solutions.

You will be responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating production activities while ensuring delivery timelines, quality standards, and operational efficiency are consistently met.

  Ensure production aligns with company standards, engineering principles, and customer requirements

  Meet production targets and ensure on-time delivery

• →

  Monitor quality, efficiency, and team performance

• →

  Manage KPIs and improve processes through root cause analysis

• →

  Oversee WIP inventory accuracy and operational flow

• →

  Lead and develop your team while maintaining a safe and compliant work environment

• →

  Handle equipment validation, calibration, and preventive maintenance

• →

  Manage ECN & NPI processes to meet customer expectations

1. →

   BSc / Diploma in Electronic, Electrical, or Production Engineering

2. →

   5+ years of experience in a similar role

3. →

   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

4. →

   Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

5. →

   Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

6. →

   Good understanding of manufacturing processes and technologies
