Electrical Estimator

• →Develop detailed cost estimates for electrical construction projects, including labor, materials, and equipment.
• →Review drawings, specifications, and technical documents to understand project scope and requirements.
• →Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and construction teams throughout the preconstruction process.
• →Analyze subcontractor and supplier proposals to ensure competitive pricing and project alignment.
• →Identify risks, value engineering opportunities, and cost-saving solutions.
• →Maintain accurate estimating documentation and project records.
• →Stay current on industry trends, technologies, codes, and regulations affecting electrical construction.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, or Journeyman/Master Electrician with an associate degree.
• 2-5 years of estimating, construction, electrical, or related experience.
• Knowledge of electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, safety and security, and communications infrastructure.
• Familiarity with the National Electrical Code.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and construction technology platforms. Estimating software experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
