GR Japan株式会社では、日英バイリンガルの公共政策コンサルタント（アソシエイト・マネージャー）を募集します。公共政策、行政、政治及び国際的なビジネスや戦略コンサルタント業務に興味があり、特にヘルスケア分野、もしくは日本の政策立案に関連する分野で、5年以上の精通した知識とビジネス経験をお持ちの方からの応募をお待ちしています。（プロジェクトマネジメント経験があれば尚良い。）

業務内容

• アソシエイト・マネージャーとして、責任ある立場でヘルスケア領域における顧客リレーション、顧客アカウント、プロジェクトの管理・調整およびサポートを行う。
• クライアントからの依頼に基づき、政府渉外活動、政策提言活動、要望活動、アドボカシー活動のサポート
• ヘルスケア政策に関する課題や最新の法制度、規制等についての情報収集、調査・分析

• 主にヘルスケア分野における、政策に関係するステークホルダー（政治家、行政関係者、研究者等）への戦略的なアウトリーチ活動の実施サポート

• ヘルスケア分野におけるビジネスアイディアや提案、新規開拓を含む、その他のGR Japan及びThe GR Companyの活動をサポートする業務全般

• 業務における社内の関係チームメンバーとの調整、管理及びサポート

 

応募要件

• ビジネス環境において、英語での会話、文書作成能力に長けていること。クライアントコミュニケーションに適切なビジネスレベルの日本語。

• 国内外の大学卒業以上。関連した領域（公共政策、ヘルスケア、政治又は国際関係学等）の修士以上があると望ましい。
• 最低５年間の関連分野での経験（ヘルスケア業界、公共政策、政治・行政、ヘルスケア関連領域におけるシンクタンクや戦略コンサルタント等）

• 日本の政策及び政策立案、決定プロセスを熟知していること。また日本政府、行政、政治に関する実践的な知識

GR Japan is looking to recruit a bilingual (Japanese and English) Public Policy Associate Manager for our office in Tokyo (Nagatacho), to support our work in the Japanese healthcare sector, including a range of Japanese public policy issues.

 

We are looking for an individual with at least five years’ experience in the healthcare industry and/or Japanese policy-related work. Project management experience is a plus. Candidates should demonstrate their expertise in healthcare-related fields, as well as a solid understanding of policy making in Japan, with a genuine interest in public policy, government, politics, strategy consultancy and/or international business.

 

RESPONSIBILITY

• Leading, managing and supporting healthcare-sector client accounts
• Working with clients, external stakeholders and colleagues on a variety of key policy challenges
• Conduct client-specific research on current policy issues
• Helping clients achieve their public policy and other public affairs goals
• Helping to implement strategic outreach and engagement plans with policy-relevant stakeholders, particularly in the field of healthcare
• All-round support for the GR Japan and the GR Company teams, including generating ideas and proposals for new business development, especially in the healthcare field
• Work with colleagues on a variety of important policy challenges

 

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

• Business-level spoken and written Japanese
• Business level English, including high-level professional writing ability
• Good university degree, ideally a master’s in a related subject, such as public policy, global health, healthcare, medical science, economics, politics, communications or international relations
• At least five years’ relevant experience, for example in healthcare and/or government or government relations, politics, an international organisation, strategy consulting, etc.
• Strong understanding of Japanese policy-making process, and a working knowledge of Japanese government and politics is considered a strong asset

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

25 days paid leave a year and full social benefits as regulated by Japanese law. GR Japan can also provide visa sponsorship for the right candidates.
